2. Technical operation
When this website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure processes technically necessary connection and access data, including IP address, time, requested URL and browser and device information. Processing supports website availability and security.
3. Contact enquiries
When you contact us by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and subsequent communication. The enquiry feature creates a draft solely in your browser. Information is transmitted to KTH Yildiz only when you send it from your email application.
4. Product filters & external services
Product search and filters run in the browser. Search and filter terms may appear in the URL and therefore become part of a page request. Fonts and icons for our own page design are loaded without external font or icon providers. The references page embeds the existing Soro blog service. To display articles, a script and content are loaded from app.trysoro.com; your browser connects to that service and transmits technically necessary connection data, including your IP address. The RMS product page loads its images and styling locally. The linked glove information retains its existing technical setup.
5. Analytics & choices
On the public website, Google Analytics 4 can be loaded after your explicit consent. It analyses usage data such as page views and browser information and may store cookies. Without consent, the Google script is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser. A previous rejection of optional services is respected. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice and disable analytics. Google Analytics is not embedded in the private preview.
6. Legal bases
Website availability and security are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Contractual and pre-contractual enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, contact the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
